Manager (HR & Admin)

Sinha Knit and Denims Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Manager (HR & Admin) for our RMG manufacturing factory.

• Manage day-to-day HR & Admin activities at the factory.
• Handle attendance, leave, manpower, recruitment and employee-related matters.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Manage factory administration and employee welfare activities.
• Supervise and coordinate factory security operations, gate management and access control.
• Maintain HR, Admin and Security records and prepare regular reports.
• Handle disciplinary issues and employee grievances as assigned.
• Coordinate with different factory departments for smooth HR & Admin operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head/Management.
