Grameen Shakti promotes and disseminates Renewable Energy Technologies in Bangladesh to generate income and to reduce poverty of the rural people with focus on climate change, environmental conservation, gender equality, with an overall objective of enhancing social bottom line. The key purpose of this position is to work for HR planning, preparation of Role Definition, sourcing & recruitment, retention and career planning, training & development, performance management, talent management and employee relations. One other important aspect of this job, which is out of HRM scope, is managing Board meetings. The job of HR Manager is important to business success. People are our most important asset and HR Manager will be the one to ensure a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.
