Align HR & Admin strategies with overall business and plant objectives.

Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed.

Handling all recruitment of casual workers and staffs.

Oversee payroll administration, attendance and leave management.

Drive performance management, KPI setting and appraisal processes.

Conduct Department inquiry, handle grievance procedure & disciplinary actions.

Communicate with Government & non-Government offices as a part of industrial relation and official administration.

Manage plant security, canteen, transport, medical, housekeeping and accommodation facilities.

To carry out all other relevant and rational assignment at times by the Management.
