Manager- (Finishing Quality)

Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities of Finishing departments.

Ensure fabric quality meets buyer requirements, international standards, and approved specifications.

Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Technical, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Ability to analyze working hours, manpower, machine capacity, and production capacity to achieve daily finishing targets.

Handle buyer audits, third-party inspections, and quality requirements.

Analyze quality reports, root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor fabric testing parameters including GSM, shade, fastness, pH, shrinkage, spirality, and defects.

Train and develop QA/QC team members to improve efficiency and quality awareness.

Ensure continuous improvement to reduce rejection, rework, and claims.

Conduct and monitor final inspections according to AQL and buyer requirements.

Target to achieve near to zero buyer issues on technical side.

Support buyer inspections and resolve quality concerns before shipment.

To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
