Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & Security issues.

Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security system.

Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.

Develop and update the security system to maintain a safe work environment.

To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises.

Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner.

Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.

Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.

To ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office premises.

To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.

Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.

To lead, appraise and train the security personnel and follow up.

To produce necessary reports, records and documents to the management time to time.

To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.

Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders (Govt / private) like fire & civil defense department, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations, environment office, local influences etc.

Monitor ongoing expansion / renovation works

Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases and workers grievance related issue.

To collect, renew, update all certificate, license and clearance, NOC etc.

Have to take part in Crisis Management and defecting offense on site and monitor the CCTV camera systems.

Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
