Execute long-term e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals, brand positioning & market trends.
Manage the e-commerce budget, monitor profit and loss & optimize operational expenditures.
Conduct regular competitor analysis & identify new growth opportunities or emerging sales channels.
Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process to ensure timely fulfillment.
Collaborate closely with logistics, graphics, web development & digital marketing teams for seamless operational alignment.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability & support demand planning.
