Job Context:
Brownfield Sustainable Apparel Manufacturing (BSAM) is looking for an experienced, creative and result-oriented Manager – Digital Marketing & Brand Communication (Alibaba & B2B) to lead the company's digital marketing, international brand communication and online B2B business development activities.
The position will be responsible for strengthening BSAM's presence among international apparel buyers through Alibaba.com, LinkedIn, the company website, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant digital channels, with a strong focus on generating qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the International Sales, Merchandising, Product Development and Creative teams to transform BSAM's factory capabilities, product developments and manufacturing strengths into professional digital content and international business opportunities.
This is not a role focused only on social media posting. We are looking for someone who can combine digital marketing, branding, content strategy, Alibaba B2B management, international lead generation and performance analysis to support measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Strategy: Develop and implement BSAM's overall digital marketing and international brand communication strategy. Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans and content calendars. Identify suitable digital channels and campaigns targeting apparel buyers in Europe, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other potential markets. Monitor competitor factories, apparel trends, buyer behavior and emerging digital opportunities.
- Alibaba B2B Management: Take overall responsibility for BSAM's two established Alibaba supplier accounts. Develop product-listing, keyword and account optimization strategies. Ensure professional presentation of products, factory capabilities, certifications and services. Monitor product visibility, impressions, clicks, inquiries and conversion performance. Coordinate regular uploading and optimization of T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, sportswear and other products. Work closely with the International Sales team on Alibaba inquiries and RFQs.
- International B2B Lead Generation: Develop lead-generation strategies through Alibaba, LinkedIn, email marketing and other relevant channels. Identify apparel brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors, sourcing companies and other potential buyers. Develop strategies to reach relevant decision-makers and coordinate with the International Sales team to convert digital leads into qualified business opportunities.
- Brand Communication: Develop and maintain consistent BSAM brand positioning across all digital platforms. Ensure professional presentation of factory capabilities, compliance, certifications, sustainability initiatives, production processes and product strengths. Maintain consistency across company profiles, catalogues, presentations, digital campaigns and other buyer-facing materials.
- Content & Product Marketing: Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising and Creative teams to convert newly developed garments into marketable digital content. Plan product and factory photography, videos, reels and product-detail content. Develop buyer-oriented product descriptions and marketing messages and maintain an organized digital product and content library.
- Website, SEO & Digital Performance: Coordinate website content updates and SEO activities to improve organic visibility. Ensure product categories, factory information, certifications, capabilities and lead-generation pages remain accurate and updated. Monitor website traffic, keywords, visitor behavior and lead sources.
- Social Media & LinkedIn: Develop BSAM's professional LinkedIn presence with particular emphasis on international B2B buyers. Manage relevant Facebook and Instagram activities and develop campaigns highlighting new products, factory capabilities, certifications, product developments and manufacturing strengths.
- Team & Cross-functional Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the Graphic Designer/Photographer/Content Creator. Work closely with International Sales Executives, Merchandising and Product Development teams. Set weekly marketing deliverables, review content quality and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering qualified leads, inquiries, Alibaba performance, product listings, content production, LinkedIn activities, website traffic, campaign performance and lead conversion. Identify which products, countries and channels generate the strongest business opportunities and recommend data-driven improvements.
