Manager / Deputy Manager - Product Development, AKIJ Essentials Ltd.

1. Product Development Execution

• Receive and review approved Product Requirement Specifications (PRS), product briefs and change requests from Brand / Business teams.
• Translate business and consumer requirements into practical product development and execution plans.
• Lead the development process from approved specification through to final commercial-ready product.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Brand and Business teams as required.
• Ensure every development project is delivered within the agreed quality, cost, specification and timeline.

2. Packaging Development

Take ownership of the complete packaging development process, including:

• Primary, secondary and tertiary packaging development.
• Packaging structure and format development.
• Selection and validation of appropriate packaging materials.
• Development of packaging specifications and technical parameters.
• Evaluation of material suitability, durability, functionality, safety and consumer convenience.
• Development of packaging solutions appropriate to product characteristics, distribution environment and market requirements.
• Benchmarking packaging against leading local and international brands.
• Ensuring packaging materials meet the required quality and consumer expectations.
