Job Description:
Develop and implement long-term/short term/ seasonal landscaping and plantation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of landscaping projects, including new installations and renovations.
Provide insights to enhance landscaping scopes; Mowing, Edging, Cleaning & Installations.
Supervise gardeners (100+) regarding Planting, Watering, Fertilizing, Pruning, Weeding, Pest and Disease Control & Monitoring Plant Health.
Develop and manage budgets for landscaping, plantation, and grounds maintenance activities.
Provide expert guidance on plant selection, care, and maintenance.
Ensure the health and vitality of all plants, trees, and landscaped areas.
Implement sustainable horticultural practices.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of gardening and landscaping equipment.
Prepare and manage annual budgets for the department.
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness, manage inventory of gardening supplies and equipment.
