Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager- Sales to lead our Corporate & Industrials Sales team in the Water Treatment Solution field such as ETP, STP, WTP, filtration media, water-treatment chemicals, water purifier machines, and related accessories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these products and relevant markets, along with excellent leadership and managerial skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving company objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the market for Water Treatment Projects, Water Treatment Chemicals, Water Tanks, FRP Vessels, HDPE Pipes, and other related products and accessories.
Promote and sell water treatment chemicals and integrated solutions for Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
Execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets across industrial, institutional, and corporate sectors.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with relevant departments.
Build, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
