Manager - CHA Sales

Support sales growth and client servicing activities by coordinating daily sales operations, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and compliance execution within CHA (Custom House) business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Support sales planning and client visit scheduling activities

• Coordinate with the Director of Sales on business development initiatives

• Participate in client meetings and stakeholder engagements

• Ensure compliance with quotation and transaction procedures

• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates

• Conduct market analysis and competitor data collection

• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution

• Monitor customer requirements and support issue resolution

• Maintain client communication and follow-up activities

• Support collection follow-up and payment coordination

• Maintain accurate sales and customer documentation

• Report daily sales progress and activity updates to management
