Additional Requirements
Retail Expansion, Site Acquisition, Franchise Development, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Super Shop বা Chain Retail business-এ relevant experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।

Franchise lead generation, franchise partner development ও business negotiation-এর practical experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
Customer footfall, visibility, accessibility, competition, rent ও business potential বিবেচনা করে location evaluate করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
Field-oriented হতে হবে এবং নিয়মিত Dhaka-এর বিভিন্ন location-এ market/site visit করতে আগ্রহী হতে হবে।Strong networking, follow-up এবং relationship management skills থাকতে হবে।

Job Responsibilities & Context
Halal-BIN LTD ঢাকার prime, high-footfall এবং commercially attractive location-এ ধারাবাহিকভাবে নতুন outlet সম্প্রসারণ করতে চায়। এই expansion কার্যক্রমের জন্য আমরা একজন proactive, commercially driven, field-oriented and result-focused Manager – Business Expansion, Site Acquisition & Franchise Development খুঁজছি।
এই পদের মূল দায়িত্ব হবে ঢাকার উপযুক্ত location identify করা, site feasibility যাচাই করা, landlord/property owner-এর সঙ্গে commercial negotiation করা এবং qualified franchise partner তৈরি করার মাধ্যমে নতুন outlet expansion করা।
আমরা এমন একজন Manager চাই যিনি শুধু available property খুঁজবেন না; বরং একটি location-এর customer potential, visibility, footfall, competition, rent এবং overall business opportunity বিবেচনা করে সিদ্ধান্ত দিতে পারবেন।
1. Business Expansion & Market Development
ঢাকার prime, crowded ও high-footfall এলাকাগুলো নিয়মিত survey করে নতুন outlet-এর opportunity identify করা।
Prime commercial area, high-street, shopping area/mall, premium residential area, corporate zone এবং emerging retail location-এর market potential মূল্যায়ন করা।
সম্ভাব্য location-এর একটি structured expansion pipeline তৈরি ও maintain করা।
2. Site Search & Acquisition
Landlord, property owner, developer, mall authority, broker এবং business network-এর মাধ্যমে suitable site identify করা।
নতুন property opportunity খুঁজে বের করার জন্য নিজস্ব landlord ও property-owner network তৈরি করা।
Site visit করে location-এর suitability যাচাই করা।
Selected site-এর জন্য landlord/property owner-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ ও negotiation পরিচালনা করা।

প্রতিটি shortlisted location-এর জন্য সংক্ষিপ্ত commercial feasibility তৈরি করা, যার মধ্যে থাকবে:
