Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
At least 5–7 years of practical experience in Government/Semi-Government Tender, Business Development, Institutional Sales or Project Liaison is strongly preferred.
Experience in Software, ICT, ITES, Technology, Engineering or Project-based organizations will be highly valued.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Government procurement and tender procedures.
Practical understanding of e-GP, EOI, RFP, RFQ, Tender Documents, Technical & Financial Proposals.
Ability to identify business opportunities before formal tender publication.
Strong networking, communication, negotiation and professional liaison skills.
Ability to understand Tender Eligibility Criteria and identify qualification gaps.
Good proposal writing, documentation and presentation skills.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder management capability.
Good command of both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and report directly to Management.
Job Purpose
NAXAS Inventions Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive professional to lead its Business Development & Tender Affairs activities, with a primary focus on Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies and Institutional projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying upcoming projects and tender opportunities, maintaining professional liaison with relevant organizations, assessing business scope for NAXAS, and coordinating the complete tender and proposal process.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly monitor Government Ministries, Departments, Directorates, Autonomous Bodies and other institutions for upcoming projects, procurement plans and business opportunities.
Identify projects at the planning, development, EOI, RFP and Tender stages where NAXAS can participate.
Maintain regular professional communication and liaison with relevant departments, procurement entities, project officials and institutional stakeholders.
Monitor e-GP and other relevant procurement/tender sources on a regular basis.
Analyze Tender, EOI, RFP and RFQ documents and assess eligibility, technical requirements, financial requirements and business feasibility.
Coordinate preparation and submission of EOI, Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Tender and other required documents.
Maintain a structured database of upcoming projects, active tenders, concerned organizations, key contacts, submission deadlines and follow-up status.
Track Government development initiatives and identify potential opportunities related to Software, ERP, Digital Transformation, Automation, Asset Management, ICT and customized technology solutions.
Coordinate with Management, Technical, Accounts and other internal teams for project assessment, costing, documentation and submission.
Attend meetings, pre-bid meetings, presentations and official discussions when required.
Maintain systematic follow-up from initial opportunity identification through tender submission, evaluation and project award.
Prepare weekly and monthly Business Development & Tender Pipeline reports for Management.
Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with relevant institutional stakeholders while ensuring ethical and compliant business practices.
