We are seeking a Manager, Business Development (Sales & Partnerships) to lead revenue growth for a
premium policy and lifestyle media brand and its expanding media ecosystem. The role requires a
disciplined, target-driven professional who can engage confidently with senior decision-makers—
including corporate leaders, premium brands, founders, policymakers, and development sector
stakeholders—and convert these relationships into sustainable revenue through advertising,
sponsorships, partnerships, and integrated brand campaigns.
This position is suited to a candidate who understands how premium media platforms are evaluated:
credibility, audience quality, brand safety, and execution reliability. The successful candidate will
strengthen commercial performance while protecting the brand’s positioning and reputation.
Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy
1. Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets and deliver consistent growth through advertising
sales, sponsorships, partnerships, and integrated campaigns.
2. Structure and present commercial proposals aligned with premium brand positioning and
audience expectations.
3. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring disciplined follow-up and
conversion.
Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
2. Lead negotiations, close agreements, and ensure timely renewals and repeat business.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments are delivered professionally and on
schedule.
Partnerships & Institutional Engagement
1. Develop strategic partnerships with relevant business platforms, associations, and professional
networks to enhance commercial opportunities and brand presence.
2. Represent the organization in appropriate professional settings with a high standard of
communication and discretion.
Team Leadership & Sales Discipline
1. Lead and manage BD resources (in-house and/or hybrid), ensuring structured outreach, pipeline
management, and performance accountability.
2. Maintain clear internal reporting on pipeline status, revenue forecasting, and client conversion
progress.
Brand Protection & Confidentiality
1. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding internal commercial information, pricing, client
discussions, and strategic plans.
2. Maintain brand-safe conduct in all external interactions and ensure commercial communications
align with the organization’s tone and reputation.
