Responsibilities & Context

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Electric Switch, Socket & LED distributor depot.
Process daily orders, prepare computer-generated invoices/bills, and maintain sales records and reports.
Monitor and manage daily collection, outstanding payments, and ensure timely bank deposits.
Regularly communicate with market customers, understand their needs/issues, resolve complaints, and maintain strong business relationships.
Prepare and place product orders with the company based on market demand and depot requirements.
Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and follow up with the company regarding pending/required products.
Monitor sales, collection, stock, outstanding and overall business performance of the depot.
Develop new customers and increase business with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of TSO/SR and Delivery Man working under the depot.
Ensure proper coordination between customers, depot staff, company and management.
Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, stock and business activity reports to management.
Take overall responsibility for the smooth, efficient and profitable operation of the distributor depot.
