Job Location: Dhanmondi 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 & Keraniganj Office: House 52/1, (Level 3), Road 3/A Dhanmondi -1209
Duty Time: 10 am to 7 pm.
Core 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Submitting the business current status and future plan report to the company senior authority.
- Developing corporate brand identify, planning promotional campaign, and aligning messing across the national existing marketing platforms.
- Study property market trends, spot new investment areas, and track competitor activities to create growth plans.
- Form strong ties with investors, landowners, corporate tenants, and vendors.
- Find new commercial or residential properties to add to the company's leasing or management portfolio.
- Lead talks, draft business proposals, and finalize contracts with major stakeholders.
- Work with marketing, sales, and legal departments to align campaigns and execute deals smoothly.
- Keep in touch with key clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Building client pipeline, pitching solutions, and closing contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and customers feedback to optimize product and brand strategics
- Nurturing partnership with corporate client’s network and external marketing agencies.
- To have need team building capacity.
- To have experience in Inbound & out bound phone calls monitoring
- To take challenges & achieve monthly sales target.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow up daily information.
