As a Manager / AVP (T24 Testing), you will lead the T24 Testing team to deliver high‑quality testing outcomes across Temenos Core Banking projects. You will manage test planning, execution, automation, and performance testing strategies while ensuring strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Experience

• You have 10+ years of total work experience, with 7+ years in testing Temenos Core Banking (T24).
• You have strong knowledge of T24 retail and corporate banking modules (Accounts, Funds Transfer, Teller, FX, Money Market, Loans, Deposits, SWIFT, Letters of Credit, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet, Miscellaneous Deals, Non‑Stop module, and other services).
• You have proven automation experience with Selenium or Playwright.
• You have experience in DevOps practices and defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• You have team management experience.
• You have basic Unix/Linux knowledge.

Technical Expertise

• You have experience in full SDLC.
• You have tested banking systems in financial institutions.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in computing or a relevant field.
• You have experience using AI technologies (e.g., Copilot).
