Land Acquisition and Legal Land Procurement Real Estate
The incumbent applicant is to have thorough idea about Land acquisition under Joint Venture arrangements or purchase and also to have knowledge on the title issues of properties and related documentation thereon.
He must have competencies to negotiate with land owners and relevant regulatory bodies to take up Lands for Real Estate Development with adequate knowledge on FAR/BNBC/Real Estate related Laws and Government Rules.
To run the Land Development under the supervision of Head of Land Procurement.
The job is target oriented leading to induction of new inventories in the product list.
Candidates should have knowledge on Land acquisition issues from individual owners or from other Government sources as well in and around Dhaka City.
