Communicate with customers as per requirement by mail and phone.

Maintain POD requirement into B/L draft.
All Shipping Documentation related work,Stuffing to Delivery(Discharge port at Destination Country).
Follow-up uncollected B/L & send a reminder to shipper & also sendstop delivery order to pod.
Attending various Documentation overseas mail & replying to them.
Follow up B/L GRP/EXP certificate.
Making vessel schedule.
Taking booking and raising in the system and confirming vessel cutoff date.
Also provide shipment advice as per booking.
TDR share with Our POL agent.
Shipment tracking destination-wise.
SOC system Booking creation.
Load List Share with Customer.
The system rate creates and takes approval from the principal.
SI submission at vessel Operator system vessel and principle-wise
