Manager, Artists Label & Partnerships

• You have significant experience with label and artist relations in an established digital music service, record label, media or tech company.
• You have a deep understanding and established network within the local music industry in France and have built relevant contacts with labels and artists to effectively collaborate with the community
• You will demonstrate a team player spirit, a passion for performance-oriented analytics, and a solid understanding of Spotify's role in the music industry both locally and globally
• You are skilled at leveraging data and audience insights to support strategic decisions and build clear narratives
• You are culturally aware, with the ability to critically evaluate music trends, emerging movements and audience behaviour beyond just data
• You have excellent negotiating, presentation and people skills. You are able to prepare and deliver executive level presentations, effectively advocate for the market and secure stakeholder buy-in with ease
• You are well organised and detail-oriented with the ability to plan, deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
• You are at ease and have proven experience navigating fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment, comfortable navigating complex global-to-local organizational structures and aligning cross-functional teams around Music priorities
• You have strong project management skills with a consistent record in marketing and operations, and feel at ease with digital and AI tools
• You possess a perfect level of written and spoken English
