About the Position
We are seeking a responsible and organized Manager to oversee administration, accounts, HR, compliance, procurement, business development, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, and employee matters.
Maintain accounts, vouchers, banking records, payments, and financial documents.
Handle TDS, VDS, tax/VAT returns, licences, registrations, and renewals.
Identify business opportunities and prepare proposals and weekly reports.
Manage procurement, inventory, office maintenance, website, and social media updates.
Maintain client files, working papers, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, banks, and government offices.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
