At least 5 years of working experience in the public listed company as a Manager (Accounts & Finance)
Capable of the overall Accounts & Finance department handling·
Knowledge about returns as per requirement of regulatory body i.e Tax & VAT authority, RJSC etc.·
Sound understanding of export oriented business operations, import & export L/C and foreign currency transactions·
Candidates with relevant experience in 100% spinning, textile and garments industries will be preferred.·
Strong practical knowledge of financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, taxation, VAT, treasury, banking and working capital management.·
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.·
Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with senior management.

· Lead, Supervise, motivate and develop the finance and accounts team.

· Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements.

· Process all voucher through proper accounting code

· Manage financial planning, working capital, cash flow and treasury operations.

· Oversee banking facilities, LC operations, export proceeds, foreign currency transactions and trade finance.

· Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, Customs, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory requirements.

· Supervise cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting, production cost analysis and variance analysis for spinning mill operations.

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, tax and VAT authorities, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software and improve financial reporting and control processes.
