Manager - Accounts & Finance

• CA (Part Qualified), ACCA, CMA
• MBA (Finance), or Master’s in Accounting/Finance.

• 7 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Age 35 to 53 years
• Only Male

Skills and Competencies:

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in an educational institution will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
• Strong hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, preferably including Tally or similar financial management platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and financial modelling.
• Practical experience in payroll/salary processing and employee-related financial settlements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
