Manager (Accounts & Finance)

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA (CC), ACCA, CMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

• 10 to 15 years

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in a supervisory/managerial position will be preferred.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is desirable.

 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of VAT, Tax, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software and ERP systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills with foreign clients.
