Management Trainee (QA Lab & Chemical Store)

QA Lab Duties:

• Perform physical and chemical tests (thickness, tensile strength, color fastness, abrasion resistance) per SATRA standards.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process leather, and finished goods for quality and shade consistency.
• Maintain accurate test reports, analyze data, and assist in identifying quality deviations.

Chemical Store Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming chemicals safely.
• Issue materials against requisitions and maintain accurate stock records ( Bin Cards).
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic physical counts.
• Ensure safe storage, segregation, and labeling of chemicals per MSDS and HSE guidelines.
• Maintain strict 5S housekeeping in the store area.

General:

• Participate in rotational training across Finishing, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
