Job Context

PencilBox Training Institute is currently looking for a Management Trainee who will closely work with our Management. She/He will be reliable, responsible and proficient in Business Development Skills, Organization Skills, Problem-Solving skills, along with excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and in-depth knowledge of Education Industry which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

Job Responsibilities

• Organizing and conducting Professional Training Programs
• Management of all kinds of records in connection with Trainees and Training materials,
• Oversight of responsible batch of trainees, including activities, attendance and follow up counseling, mentoring and monitoring (as required)
• Creation and management of Training Calendar
• Coordination with team members to produce materials/documents, as required internally and with external parties in relevance with the Training
• Providing highest quality of service to the customers over phone, email & social networking platform.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and Training requirements, in terms of the training and development programs.
• Should have knowledge to enhance business development efforts by securing new business opportunities
