Job Responsibilities:
Undergo structured training and gain comprehensive knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and overall business operations.
Work closely with experienced professionals and management to develop strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
Take responsibility for assigned sales territories, market development activities, and business objectives.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and key customers.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop a broader understanding of organizational operations.
