Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Interior Sales

Job Purpose

To develop competent sales professionals by providing structured on-the-job training and practical exposure in Interior Sales, Client Relationship Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development. The MTO will support the Sales Team in achieving business targets and developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating sales leads and identifying potential clients for interior design and consultancy services.

• Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Design and Technical teams to provide suitable solutions.

• Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and project briefs.

• Maintain and update customer and lead databases regularly.

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitors.

• Assist in arranging client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.

• Follow up on ongoing sales opportunities and ensure timely communication with clients.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Prepare regular sales activity reports and updates for the reporting manager.

• Learn and understand the company`s interior design services, products, pricing, and sales processes.

• Participate in training programs and development activities assigned by the management.

• Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
