This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the complete product development process from concept and design to prototype and production, while working closely with the Production team to transform ideas into practical, production-ready furniture solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new furniture products based on market trends, customer requirements, and business strategy.

• Prepare concept sketches, 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and production-ready technical drawings.

• Create, modify, and maintain CAD models and technical drawings using industry-standard design software, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with design specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure product designs are feasible for manufacturing.

• Develop product specifications, material selections, dimensions, hardware details, and finishing standards.

• Create prototypes and coordinate product sampling, testing, and design validation.

• Work with Business Development and Sales teams to understand customer needs and convert ideas into products.

• Conduct design improvements for existing furniture to enhance quality, functionality, and production efficiency.
