We are looking for a dynamic talent as a Management Coordinator (Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors) who is experienced in this field or interested in working in this area.
Job location will be Head Office, Gulshan - 02, Dhaka.
Ensure office management of the top management, especially the office of the Managing Director.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly calendars and appointments in the Managing Director’s office.
Manage any board-secretarial assignment at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Contribute to the important correspondence related to the office of the Board of Directors.
Maintain coordination with different units/departments.
Manage the arrangement of meetings or any other programmers of top management.
Manage formalities of travels and overseas visits of the Managing Director.
Prepare and circulate any notices, orders, memos at the discretion of the top management.
Prepare reports as guided/instructed by the top management.
File and update contact information of customers, suppliers, external partners, etc., as instructed.
Maintain liaison with different internal and external bodies.
Manage outside correspondence in favor of top management.
Perform any other assignment as assigned by the management.
