Maintenance Specialist III

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience

• Expert knowledge of CNC machine geometry, precision alignment, leveling, spindle alignment, ball bar analysis, and laser calibration techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret machine mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, P&ID, and electrical diagrams.

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, and forging equipment, including spindle systems, ball screws, linear guideways, tool changers, and rotary tables.

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic circuits, proportional valves, pumps, pneumatic controls, centralized lubrication systems, and fault diagnosis.

• Proficiency in diagnosing CNC control systems (Siemens, FANUC, Mitsubishi, Okuma), servo drives, motors, PLC I/O, sensors, encoders, and industrial communication networks.

• Ability to troubleshoot Fanuc Robot and gas furnaces related issues.

Hourly Rate: $26.50 - $30.68/hr
