Sinker EDM ও Wire Cut EDM — উভয় মেশিন সম্পর্কে ব্যবহারিক জ্ঞান।
AutoCAD 2D/3D Drawing-এ দক্ষতা।
Copper Electrode Master তৈরি, Alignment ও Setting-এ অভিজ্ঞতা বা প্রশিক্ষণ।
Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge-এর মতো Precision Measuring Tools ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা।
মেশিন Troubleshooting ও Maintenance সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা।
কাজে নির্ভুলতা, ধৈর্য ও দলগত মানসিকতা।
Hands-on Practical কাজ করার আগ্রহ ও সক্ষমতা।

Responsibilities & Context

Copper Electrode Master তৈরির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় Drawing প্রস্তুত করা।
Copper Electrode Master-এর সঠিক Alignment ও Setting সম্পন্ন করা।
AutoCAD-এ 2D/3D Drawing প্রস্তুত ও ব্যবহার করা।
Sinker EDM প্রোগ্রামিং ও অপারেশন পরিচালনা করা।
CNC Wire Cut EDM মেশিন পরিচালনা করে নির্ভুল কাটিং কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge ইত্যাদি Measuring Tools ব্যবহার করে ডাইমেনশন যাচাই করা।
মেশিনের Basic Troubleshooting ও নিয়মিত Maintenance করা।
কাজের সময় নির্ভুলতা, মান ও নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা।
