Loan Officer

Shera International Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Loan Officer- Night Shift to join our U.S.-based mortgage team. This is a long-term remote opportunity for a professional with strong knowledge of the U.S. mortgage lending process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage borrowers and loan files from application through closing.

The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between borrowers, real estate agents, referral partners, processors, underwriters, and closing teams, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely loan experience.

3–6 years of professional experience in U.S. residential mortgage lending.

• Proven experience working as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience managing U.S. mortgage applications from initial application through closing.
• Experience working with U.S.-based borrowers and real estate professionals is strongly preferred.

Must-Have Mortgage Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.
• Strong understanding of U.S. mortgage lending guidelines and qualification requirements.
• Practical knowledge of TRID, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, and other applicable mortgage regulations.
• Strong understanding of borrower income analysis and documentation requirements.
• Ability to calculate and evaluate DTI and LTV.
• Understanding of credit reports, assets, liabilities, employment history, and borrower qualification.
• Ability to identify documentation gaps and potential underwriting issues.

10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
