Minimum: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Information Technology (IT), or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with Master’s degree and relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
Strong academic background will be an added advantage.

Excellent command of English and Bangla.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of ICT concepts, computer applications, and educational technology.
Ability to use MS Office, Google Workspace, digital teaching tools, and multimedia presentations.
Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.
Must be sincere, responsible, punctual, and committed to teaching.

Conduct engaging and effective ICT classes for college-level students.
Prepare lesson plans, digital content, presentations, and other teaching materials.
Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.
Evaluate students through class tests, assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.
Provide academic guidance and support to students when required.
Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports within deadlines.
Use modern teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance learning.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, examinations, and other institutional programs.
Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the authority.
