Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads across target markets, particularly in the US, UK, and Canada, using online research, databases, social platforms, and industry-specific channels. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining lead lists, initiating contact through email, calls, and messaging, and coordinating with the sales team to nurture prospects through the pipeline. The specialist will track lead performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports on lead quality and conversion opportunities. Collaboration with marketing and business development teams is expected to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and support campaign execution.
