Lead Generation & Outreach Automation Specialist( Night Shift)

About the Role

Zenov BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Lead Generation & Outreach Automation Specialist Night Shift) to support outbound business growth initiatives through targeted prospecting, CRM management, and automated outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in building quality prospect lists and optimizing outreach performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

• Build targeted B2B prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, including industry, company size, geography, and decision-maker roles.
• Source and enrich contact data using tools such as Apollo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Lusha, and similar platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
• Maintain high-quality prospect databases and ensure data accuracy.

CRM & Data Management

• Organize, clean, segment, and manage lead data within CRM systems and databases.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Ensure effective lead tracking and data hygiene standards.

Outreach Automation

• Set up and manage automated email outreach campaigns using platforms such as Clay, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
• Support AI-powered email personalization and workflow automation.
• Monitor outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
• Apply best practices for email deliverability and sequence management.

Performance Analysis

• Track key metrics including open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to targeting and outreach strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach effectiveness and lead quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or outreach automation.
• Strong knowledge of B2B data sourcing and prospecting tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and database management.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills (Mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and professional outreach emails.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apollo, Clay, HubSpot CRM, Mailchimp, Airtable, or Zapier.
• Understanding of cold email deliverability, sequencing, and outreach optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of B2B sales funnels, outbound KPIs, and prospecting strategies.
• Experience in the BPO, outsourcing, consulting, or technology sectors.
