Laboratory Technologist

Collect, receive, label, and process patient specimens according to established procedures.

Perform routine laboratory tests and examinations accurately and efficiently.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as required.

Prepare reagents, solutions, slides, and other laboratory materials.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of specimens and biomedical waste.

Maintain accurate records of test results, samples, and laboratory activities.

Follow laboratory SOPs, quality-control procedures, and biosafety guidelines.

Assist Medical Technologists, Pathologists, and other laboratory professionals when required.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the laboratory.

Report equipment malfunction, unusual test results, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory reports.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
