The role involves providing advanced technical support for enterprise analytics solutions built on Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, ETL platforms, and GIS technologies. You will investigate and resolve production incidents, monitor system performance, collaborate with engineering teams, and help ensure the stability and reliability of business-critical data platforms.
