Kitchen / Restaurant Assistant

Assist Chefs and Cooks in preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and meat).

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before opening and clean them after closing.

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the restaurant service area or guest tables promptly.

Monitor kitchen inventory and report shortages of ingredients or cleaning supplies to the supervisor.

Ensure proper waste disposal and follow all safety and food handling guidelines.

Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
