Key Account Manager NA

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!

We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager ready to own Yuno's most strategic and enterprise accounts, turning them into long-term, high-impact partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of revenue growth, client success, and product feedback — one of the most visible, cross-functional seats in our commercial organization.

You'll be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts, building deep relationships with C-level stakeholders. That level of trust takes genuine curiosity and a real technical understanding of your client's business — you'll act as the human dimension of the product, working closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to orchestrate the resolution of complex technical issues at the executive level.

This role will push you to think several moves ahead. You'll design your revenue approach based on segmentation across your portfolio (Tier 1 Strategic / Tier 2 Growth / Tier 3 Transactional), balancing high-spend accounts against high-growth ones. The payments landscape moves fast, and the best Senior KAMs at Yuno spot opportunities before clients ask for them, build quantified business cases with rigor, and hold themselves to a high bar on every renewal and every renegotiation.

If you're energized by building something meaningful with clients, thrive when no two days look the same, and want your work to shape Yuno's global expansion, this role is for you.

Your Contribution Will Be

• Own strategic relationships with enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
• Design account strategies that move clients from growth to strategic tier, adjusting tactics based on portfolio segmentation (Tier 1 Strategic / Tier 2 Growth / Tier 3 Transactional).
• Lead commercial negotiations on renewals, pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements, building quantified business cases through value-based negotiation.
• Drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling while building a portfolio-wide pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and account planning, anticipating revenue risks and growth opportunities.
• Own account health metrics, including NPS and client referenceability, addressing concerns before they affect satisfaction.
• Analyze true client profitability and formulate strategies to protect margins against discounting.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve complex technical and operational issues at the executive level.
• Mentor junior KAMs and peers, and participate in strategic account review boards.
• Gather client feedback to shape Yuno's product roadmap and stay ahead of payment industry trends.
