Junior Officer, Production (Electrical)

Coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to the production plan and schedule.

Monitor production progress and communicate updates, delays, and bottlenecks to the Production Manager.

Liaise with Planning, Store, QA, QC, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production operations.

Prepare and maintain production reports, shift reports, daily output records, and other operational documentation.

Track raw material and packaging material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid production interruptions.

Support line balancing, manpower allocation, and production efficiency improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, GMP, and company policies throughout the production process.

Assist in coordinating new product trials, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
