We’re looking for a proactive Junior HR Officer to support our recruitment efforts—primarily for the Sales and Customer Service (CSR) teams. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and collaborating with internal teams and external platforms to meet hiring goals.

Job Title: Junior Human Resource Officer

Location: Panthapath, Dhaka

Reports To: Human Resource Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings.
• Assist with the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings and preparing job description.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Actively source candidates through social media, recruitment portals, referrals, and campus outreach.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and they are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR Database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR Department (internships or trainee roles in International BPO will get advantage).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for talent and enthusiasm for building strong teams.

What We Offer: Salary & other benefits

• Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 Tk/monthly
• Yearly 2 festive bonuses.
• Annual paid and sick leave.
• 5 working days a week.
• Office Timing: 8 AM – 4 PM (Monday – Friday)
