(Junior) Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) Graphic Designer in our Licensing Team, you will work closely with Sales and Project Management to create effective, on-brand marketing and licensing materials. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across print design, digital assets, brand implementation, and AI-supported design workflows.

• Design and develop sales and licensing materials, including brochures, cover letters, order forms, certificates, and presentation assets
• Create premium quality seals and award badges that reflect the credibility and high standards of our rankings
• Handle layout, final artwork, file preparation, and the creation of print-ready PDFs
• Edit and optimize images for print and digital use
• Improve and further develop existing sales collateral using innovative design methods and AI-powered creative tools
• Design merchandise and promotional materials, such as stickers, roll-ups, and additional point-of-sale assets
• Ensure all materials align with corporate design guidelines and maintain a consistent visual brand identity
• Collaborate closely with Project Management and Sales to develop targeted, effective, and visually engaging sales communications

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training or hold a degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design, or a comparable creative field
• You have a strong eye for design, typography, composition, color, and detail
• You enjoy developing creative concepts and translating ideas into clear, high-quality visual communication
• You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
• You are curious about AI-based design tools and eager to explore how they can enhance creative workflows
• You have initial experience with print products, prepress, print production, and corporate design implementation
• You work in a structured, reliable, and organized way, with strong time-management skills
• You communicate confidently in both German and English
