Account Allocation and Workload

Contractors may manage between one and 20 accounts.

Working hours are flexible because compensation is structured per account rather than per hour.
Contractors must provide agreed working-hour overlap with the team between 8:00 and 15:00 EDT.
One daily team meeting is compulsory.

Account Size

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a curious, creative and self-motivated Google Ads Specialist to manage client accounts on a per-account basis.

This opportunity is suitable for junior candidates with up to two years of experience.
