Junior Facility Employee (f/m/x)

Our Facility and Maintenance team keeps the new Bleiswijk fulfilment center running smoothly, day in and day out. As part of this team, you'll take ownership of everything facility-related: coordinating suppliers, monitoring stock levels, managing waste streams, and ensuring the site stays clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.

Your work directly supports our production colleagues by giving them a safe, well-organized environment where they can do their best work. If you're hands-on, proactive, and thrive on variety, this is your chance to make a visible and practical impact on our site.

• Coordinate facility suppliers to ensure services are delivered to standard
• Log and resolve requests using our facility management system (FMIS)
• Coordinate waste management processes and oversee general site upkeep.
• Coordinate snow and ice removal and ensure safe access around the site
• Ensure facility supplies throughout the building are kept fully stocked
• Collaborate with the technical/maintenance team on light technical tasks and repairs
• Coordinate workwear management, including coordination with laundry services and suppliers
• Perform various logistics and warehouse-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

• A relevant background; It’s a plus if you have some experience in facility, logistics, or production work
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Flexibility with working hours and tasks; this position includes weekend and early morning shifts
• Good command of English and Dutch.
• Comfortable with everyday computer programs like Word, Excel, and email
