Junior Executive – Production Planning & Control

Job Responsibilities

Follow up and monitor orders from different international Buyers.

Prepare and maintain production plans according to Buyer orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate closely with factories to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.

Regularly follow up on Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Washing, Packing, and Shipment status.

Monitor production progress against the approved T&A (Time & Action) Calendar.

Collect daily/weekly production updates from factories and report the actual status to management.

Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and potential shipment risks and take necessary follow-up actions.

Coordinate effectively between Buyers, Merchandising Teams, Factories, and the Buying House production team.

Ensure orders are progressing according to the approved production plan and shipment schedule.

Prepare and maintain Daily/Weekly Production Status Reports and order tracking sheets.

Closely monitor critical orders and take proactive action to minimize production and shipment delays.

Maintain proper documentation and records of production and shipment progress for different Buyers.
