Junior Content Marketing specialist (f/m/x)

You'll join the Brand Marketing team in Amsterdam and help shape how HelloFresh shows up across our digital channels in the Benelux. As Content Marketing Specialist, you'll work on the content our customers see every week (emails, landing pages, the app) making sure the right message reaches the right audience at every stage of the funnel.

You'll work alongside both local and global teams to keep our tone of voice sharp and consistent across markets. And you'll help us find better, faster ways to produce content, including with AI.

• Write clear, engaging copy for different audiences, channels, and stages of the customer journey, with an eye on both product and conversion.
• Execute our content strategy across email, landing pages, the app, and touchpoints like social media and the printed booklet.
• Manage the content calendar alongside the team, coordinating campaigns, product updates, and always-on communications so everything lands on time.
• Review and approve content with a sharp eye for accuracy and consistency — and adjust visual designs when needed.
• Track content performance and turn customer and campaign data into concrete recommendations for what we do next.
• Brief agencies and cross-functional teams on what campaigns need, and keep everyone aligned along the way.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies, including AI, to make content creation, localization, and quality control more effective.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

• 0-2 years of experience in content management, online marketing, or CRM.
• Strong writing and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Precision and attention to detail — you catch the things others miss.
• An interest in brand strategy and in what makes customers click, convert, and stay.
• The ability to manage several projects and stakeholders at once in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity about new tools and technologies, including AI, and how they can make marketing better.
