Junior Analyst / Assistant Investment Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is passionate about Capital Market to join our investment banking team. The right candidate will play a critical role in supporting corporate finance activities, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services. This position demands strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

• Assist in the execution of investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing, and corporate restructuring projects.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and product proposals in accordance with applicable BSEC rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Conduct in-depth industry, sector, and company research to support transaction execution, strategic advisory, and business development initiatives.
• Support the preparation of financial analysis, valuation, and financial models for various corporate finance and capital market transactions.
• Coordinate and support due diligence processes in collaboration with legal, financial, tax, operational, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, quality, and professionalism in all client communications, analyses, presentations, and other deliverables.
