Responsibilities & Context

To work with the Director and Senior Executive to run the administration
To generate official documents, process file, refer to the appropriate authority,
To work with the authority by developing strategic plan that will beneficial for the Hospital
To assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
To arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations
To handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
To take dictation and draft meeting minutes accurately and distribute accordingly
To monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
To produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
To delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the administration
To maintain and execute order of the superior
To coordinate and support with related department of the Hospital.
To execute any other assignment as and when required by the competent authority.
