Jr. Executive- Quality Assurance/GPQ -Sewing of Knit Garments

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and improving sewing quality through effective implementation of buyer requirements, SOPs, quality standards, and Quality at Source practices to achieve targeted quality KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor sewing processes to ensure compliance with buyer requirements, tech packs, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Conduct first-piece/first-bulk and inline inspections, focusing on measurements, construction, stitching, and critical operations.
• Identify quality risks, analyze major defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and improve DHU, Rejection Rate, FPY, and RFT through defect analysis and root-cause identification.
• Ensure proper machine settings, attachments, work methods, and critical operation controls.
• Provide real-time quality solutions and guide QA/production teams on Quality at Source.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical, IE, and Maintenance teams to reduce recurring defects.
• Maintain quality records and prepare daily/weekly KPI reports.
